Have you ever been somewhere and a person enters the space and steals the show just with their presence and confidence?

 

Have you ever met someone for the first time and without them even saying a word, you instantly feel and love their vibe?

 

If the answer is yes, that’s because you were feeling into their energy.

 

As a Style Expert & Personal Style Coach people automatically assume that first and foremost the focus will be placed on how a person looks and dresses. However, my philosophy is very different.  I believe that style starts with your energy which in turn boosts your self-confidence – If you feel good, you will look good and the clothing you wear are just the cherry on top!

 

 

WORKSHOP AIMS & OUTCOMES:

 

The aim of this engaging workshop is to help individuals to explore, identify and embody/tap into the things that make them feel confident, positive and high vibrational.

 

Using one of her trademark style coaching techniques, SJ will facilitate an enjoyable process that will enable individuals to identify and harness all of the things that bring them joy in their lives and use it as a source of self-confidence that can help them to thrive in a variety of life situations.

 

By the end of the workshop, participants will have:

 

  • An awareness of what brings them joy by identifying a range of feelings and emotions attached to everyday aspects of their life
  • Practical experience of how to tap into feelings of joy and use them to harness a vibe of confidence and positive presence
  • A practical strategy to help them step into everyday life situations with an increased level of self-confidence.

Body Tone:

Offering a total body toning workout, our Irish Dance Programme engages all of the body’s muscles. Regular participation will strengthen your core, chest, shoulders, and back, define your abs, and give you a smaller waist, and toned arms, legs, and buttocks.

The first areas that will become stronger and more toned are the abs and the core and legs. The reason for this is that to stay balanced during workouts; these muscles will be continuously engaged.

Learn a Skill

Our pupils benefit from learning a traditional art form which is very technical.
