Stephen Lyfield  – Lead Director

I was a former officer for Leeds City Council and have had a keen interest in Martial Arts for many years. 

The youth need activities that they can engage with especially with the increase in gang and knife crime. I absolutely love the work New Direction Services has been doing over the last few years and I am excited to take on this role and help develop the work further over the next 5 years.

Charlotte Cosgrove – Director

I have had project management roles within HSBC bank and still have a corporate career.

My vision is that new directions will help more people get active and act towards reducing and improving service users mind health.

SJ – Personal Style Coach and Mindset Coaching

High I’m SJ – Style Expert and Personal Style Coach. I’m looking forward to working with New Direction Services and Helping you with my bespoke Workshops.

Rebecca Kane  – Martial Arts and Dance Instructor

I have had an extensive career within Dance and Martial Arts Industries. My role within New Directions is to think creatively and put together programmes that will engage with service users who would not normally get involved in physical activity for a variety of reasons, econnomic or health.

My vision is to make physical activity and group activities accessible to all.
